Instructions

Macarons are best kept in airtight containers as they will quickly go bad if exposed to the air for a long amount of time. They have a shelf life of about 7 days in ambient temperatures, 7 weeks in the fridge, and some very long indiscriminate time in the freezer. If you do put it in the freezer, upon taking it out and bringing it back to room temp, do not re-freeze them. This is all based upon what I have found online, so take care to make your own judgments on whether they are still good or not upon waiting to eat them after a long time. I hope this helps, but if you have more questions, feel free to reach out to me with any further questions about your macarons!
